QUILLING EXTRAVAGANCE | Quilling is the art of rolling, coiling and shaping small colored strips of paper to create three-dimensional designs. Quilling has been practiced for centuries, and it is believed that the art dates back to ancient Egyptian times where crafters would use a bird’s feather (quill) as a tool on which to coil the paper.
